The S4BT Talent Academy
The Talent Academy is a 6-month paid classroom and field training programme for the professional development of young talents.
The 6th Edition will introduce participants to Life Science professions by focusing on the technical-engineering activities that take place in production environments and on the regulatory aspects that allow the use of machinery and software systems within highly regulated companies.
Classroom training will be followed by on-the-job training with professional consultants in the sector, so that young talent can gain experience on real projects with S4BT customers.
In addition to providing tools and developing technical knowledge, the Talent Academy provides training for the consulting sector with a focus on communication and the consultative approach.
The final goal of Talent is to continue the journey in the S4BT consultancy team with an employment contract for top talent.

1. Send your application
Include a CV & Cover Letter If your profile meets the requirements, you will be contacted by our recruiters.
2. Prepare for selection day
On 6 October you will face individual interviews and group tests, at our headquarters in Latina.
3. The adventure will start in the second half of October 2020.
Your talent will be tested with a 6-month paid internship (3 months in the classroom and 3 in the field).
4. End of the Talent Academy May 2021
The best individuals will be recruited into our team.
Programme requirements
• Undergraduate degree in technical-engineering subjects
(e.g. Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science).
• Good knowledge of both written and spoken English.
• Interest and curiosity in the qualification of equipment, production environment, and utilities.
• Interest and curiosity in the validation of computer systems and network infrastructures.
• Interest and curiosity in the area of Quality Assurance and Compliance.
